The Next Wave, as they were dubbed, showed incredible promise, with personal best times and wins in their respective categories. Ivar Kostowicz, 13, of the Gulliver Raiders Swim Club, swam personal best times in all eight of his events. Sebas Hosein, 12, also of the Gulliver Raiders Swim Club, swam personal bests in all seven of his events. These young athletes are a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes into swimming, and their success is a sign of the sport's bright future.
But it wasn't just the young swimmers who made waves at the meet. The seasoned veterans also had their moments to shine. The University of Miami's Marissa Inouye, 20, representing Hurricane Aquatics, won both of her events in dominant fashion. Her times were a reminder of the talent that exists at the collegiate level, and her performance was a highlight of the meet.

The South Florida Aquatic Club packed the pool deck, with more than 120 swimmers ranging in age from 7 to 17. The Florida Atlantic Aquatics team also had a strong showing, with Reign Belzer, 10, winning four events and setting new personal best times.
